An honour beyond words
In October 2026, I was incredibly honoured to receive the International Energy Healer Award at the Spiritual Leaders Awards International.
For me, this recognition represents far more than an award. It is a celebration of a lifelong connection to healing, over three decades of working with people and animals, and the extraordinary individuals who have trusted me to be part of their healing journeys.
From discovering my abilities as a child to establishing Pulse Healing in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW, my path has always been guided by a deep desire to help others.
Receiving this international recognition is both humbling and inspiring, and I am deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of my journey.

My Healing Journey
A lifetime guided by spirit
Where it all began
​My connection to spirit and healing began in childhood, long before I understood the significance of what I was experiencing.
​
From a young age, I felt a strong connection to the spiritual world and an instinctive desire to help others. I remember placing my hands on my father's aching back, intuitively working to ease his discomfort without really understanding what I was doing.
​
At just 17, I began learning Reiki, opening the door to a deeper exploration of energy healing, spirituality and the extraordinary connection between body, mind and spirit.
What began as a natural childhood ability gradually became my life's calling.
​
Over the following three decades, I dedicated myself to therapeutic bodywork, energy healing and spiritual development. I spent more than 20 years working with clients in Sydney, continually expanding my knowledge and refining my intuitive healing abilities.
Throughout those years, one thing remained constant — my belief in the importance of compassion, connection and treating every person as an individual.
A special connection with animals

In 2010, my healing journey took a wonderful new direction when I began working with horses.
Through Equine Bodyworx, I discovered just how sensitive, intuitive and emotionally aware these magnificent animals can be.

Working with horses has taught me so much about trust, communication and the subtle ways in which animals express physical discomfort and emotional tension.
​
Unlike people, horses cannot explain what they're feeling in words. They have encouraged me to listen more deeply, observe more carefully and trust the intuitive connection that has always been part of my healing work.
​
Over the years, working with horses and other animals has become one of the most rewarding aspects of my life.
​
It continues to remind me that healing is about much more than the physical body — it's also about connection, understanding and creating a space where an animal can feel safe and supported.
Bringing it all together -Pulse Healing
After decades of working with people and animals, I felt it was time to bring everything I had learned together under one roof.
That vision became Pulse Healing, my wellness clinic in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW.
Pulse Healing represents the evolution of my life's work — a place where traditional healing practices, intuitive energy work and modern wellness technologies come together.
Alongside energy healing and therapeutic bodywork, I now incorporate modalities such as Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy, Red Light Therapy and personalised frequency-based wellbeing sessions.
My intention has always been to create a welcoming space where people feel heard, supported and empowered to take an active role in their wellbeing.
For me, Pulse Healing is more than a clinic. It is the culmination of a lifetime of learning, experience and dedication to helping others.
A milestone I'll always treasure
Receiving the **2026 International Energy Healer Award** at the Spiritual Leaders Awards International has been one of the most meaningful moments of my career.
To have my work recognised internationally, after so many years devoted to healing, is something I will always treasure.
But this award is not mine alone.
It also represents the wonderful people who have trusted me with their wellbeing, the animals who have taught me so much, the teachers and mentors who have guided me, and everyone who has supported me along the way.
I am deeply grateful for this recognition and for the opportunity to continue doing work that I love.
Looking ahead, I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience with a wider community through healing sessions, workshops, retreats and new opportunities to connect with people and animals.
