  • Animal information: details relevant to therapeutic care of horses and other animals

  • Technical information: basic site analytics (via Wix and Google tools) and communications (emails, forms, Zoom sessions)

How We May Use Your Information

We use your information only for purposes connected to your care, including:

  • Providing safe, personalised human and animal therapies (in-person or online)

  • Managing bookings, payments, and clinic administration

  • Communicating with you about sessions, follow-up care, or updates

  • Meeting legal, regulatory, or insurance obligations

  • Improving our services and client experience​

Payment Information

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or your chosen platform).

  • Pulse Healing does not store your full card details — only transaction records required by law and accounting.

Sharing of Information

Your personal information is confidential. We may share it only:

  • With other health professionals, if you consent

  • With secure service providers who support our clinic (e.g., Wix, Google Workspace, payment processors, Zoom)

  • Where required by law or regulation

  • We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information

International Clients 

If you are located outside Australia, your information may be stored or processed in Australia or other regions where our trusted providers operate. We ensure that international transfers comply with local privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, US state laws, and Asian frameworks).

Depending on your location, you may have rights such as to:

  • Access your data

  • Correct or update details

  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal obligations)

  • Withdraw consent for data use

  • Data portability (GDPR regions)

  • Opt out of certain uses (US clients)

Data Security

We take all  reasonable steps to protect your information, including:

  • Secure digital storage (Wix and Google systems with encryption and restricted access)

  • Staff confidentiality training

  • Limited access to sensitive information

  • Secure disposal of records when no longer required

In the unlikely event of a data breach, Pulse Healing will:

  • Act immediately to contain and secure the data

  • Assess the potential impact

  • Notify affected clients and authorities (e.g., Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, GDPR regulators, or US state regulators) if required

  • Provide guidance on protective steps you may need to take
